Cath Eddisford – Founder & Director

Cath founded The Greater Good Project in 2022 with a vision to bring people together through creativity and shared experiences that support wellbeing and reduce isolation. With a background in performance, facilitation and community programme delivery, she leads on partnerships, project development and funding. Cath is passionate about creating spaces where everyone feels welcome, valued and able to experience joy, no matter their age, background or circumstances.

Paula Bond – Director

Paula brings a wealth of experience from her work in care homes as a former Activities Coordinator, along with her role as a trained Dementia Friend. Now working as a Tenant Engagement Officer for a local charity, she is passionate about creating opportunities for connection, inclusion and meaningful experiences for people of all ages. Paula offers valuable insight, guidance and hands-on support to The Greater Good Project and cares deeply about the positive impact it has within the community.

Tony Caine – Director

Tony brings over 35 years of experience in the construction and asset management sector, including senior management roles within housing associations and local authorities. In 2014 he established TC Asset Management Consultancy Services Ltd, which now operates nationwide supporting housing providers, local authorities and educational settings. Tony offers strategic insight, governance support and a strong commitment to quality and community impact, and is proud to contribute his knowledge and experience to help The Greater Good Project grow sustainably and reach more people.

Claire Rodger – Director

Claire works as New Initiatives, Statistics & Data Services Manager at North Lancs Training Group Ltd, where she leads on development, performance data and measuring impact. She brings strong analytical insight and a passion for creating opportunities that help people learn, grow and succeed. As a Director of The Greater Good Project, Claire supports the organisation to develop sustainably, using her skills to strengthen planning, evidence impact and help shape future opportunities for the communities we serve.

Corey is a passionate advocate for inclusion and accessibility, with a strong commitment to ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to take part in community life. He brings valuable lived insight, encouragement and hands-on support to The Greater Good Project. Corey cares deeply about breaking down barriers and making sure every voice is represented.

Matthew Eddisford – Director

Matthew is Chief Executive of Care Housing Association, a registered provider of supported housing for vulnerable people. With extensive experience in leadership, partnership working and developing high-quality accommodation that improves lives, he brings valuable strategic insight to The Greater Good Project. Matthew is passionate about creating opportunities that strengthen communities and support those who need it most, and is proud to contribute to the organisation’s sustainable growth and long-term vision.
